If needed, our physiotherapists and podiatrists can directly refer you for X-rays, ultrasound scans and MRI’s, plus provide sick day certificates for musculoskeletal injuries.

Private health insurance rebates are available for all of our therapists, if your cover includes physiotherapy, remedial massage or podiatry. Instant claims are available via our in-practice Hicaps system.

Our modern, professionally designed facilities include treatment rooms and exercise equipment for your rehabilitation needs.

What Conditions Do We Treat?

Our practice has a wide scope of special interest, including the following areas:

Back pain : We treat back pain and associated conditions.

Neck pain/whiplash : recent research providing great insights into why many cases of neck pain and whiplash become chronic.

Headaches : cervicogenic or stress related headaches both readily treatable using physiotherapy.

Sports Injuries : We have a long history of association and experience with many sporting clubs, including first division sides Morningside Australian Rules F.C and Eastern Suburbs Soccer Club.

Arthritis : Regaining normal range of movement and restoring muscle balance often provides amazing results. We have also designed booklets to help patients understand and recover from hip or knee replacement surgery.

Ergonomics : We are consultant physiotherapists to various local industrial sites. We are happy to perform work site visits for any injured worker, and to arrange return-to-work programs.

Aged care : We are consultant physiotherapists to local Tricare nursing homes, as well as the FS Unit at Greenslopes hospital. We can also assess mobility status and provide walking aids, and have wide experience in working on chronic patients with complex needs.

Other conditions : Did you know that physiotherapy is sometimes effective against a wide range of ailments, including carpal tunnel syndrome, heel spurs, fibromyalgia and neurogenic pain.

Payment Options

We have the HiCaps system installed, meaning that the patient only pays the gap, which in some cases is as low as $5.00. Most common private health funds are covered.

We are registered providers for Medicare, DVA and WorkCover. The departmental rebate is sufficient in most cases to cover our fee, so patients have no out-of-pocket expenses. Third party claims are usually direct-billed to the insurance company.

They can assist you in claiming your on-the-spot health rebates, help to complete your WorkCover and Veteran’s paperwork, as well as guiding you in direct claiming third party rebates.
