What is Video Analysis?

Video analysis is essentially the assessment of your walking, running, throwing, kicking, swinging or movement pattern using slow motion video analysis.

 

In the hands of an an experienced movement analysts such as your physiotherapist, they will be able to analysis your walking, running, throwing, kicking, swing or movement pattern to detect where things are going wrong.

Amazingly, it only takes a bit of slow motion action to identify where things are stiff, weak or twisted. Things that can result in pain or injury.
