PhysiPak Heat Pack – Upper Body Regular

This specially designed heat pack is an excellent option for targeting the shoulders and upper back, providing soothing warmth across both shoulders and shoulder blades at the same time. The clever shape also allows you to turn the pack around and drape it comfortably across the entire chest area, making it a versatile choice for easing muscle tension, stiffness, or simply keeping cosy on cooler days.

The pack is not overly heavy, weighing approximately 1.6 kilograms, so it can rest naturally without causing discomfort. Inside, the filling is divided into 32 small stitched squares, which keep the wheat evenly spread for consistent heat distribution. Two tiny pockets near the neckline have been left unfilled deliberately to ensure comfort when sitting or lying down.

For safety and convenience, the pack can be folded before placing it in the microwave for heating (see product image for guidance).
