Sandgate PhysioWorks offers several supervised exercise options. Some can be booked online. However, group classes, balance programs, bone density pathways and hydrotherapy usually need a phone call or an initial assessment first.

  • Group Mat Pilates / Physiotherapy Group Exercise: Monday 6:15–7:00 pm and Wednesday 8:00–8:45 am.

    Yes. HICAPS is available for eligible services, so you can claim on the spot and pay the gap if your private health fund covers the appointment type.

    What should I bring to my first appointment?

    Bring any scans, letters, referral paperwork or claim details you have. Wear clothing that lets you move comfortably. If you are attending for exercise, class screening or hydrotherapy planning, bring details of your current exercise level and goals.
