What is a Core Stability Support/Sacroiliac Belt?
A Core Stability Support/Sacroiliac Belt supports hips and lower back to relieve pain and instability. Recommended by physiotherapists, it’s made of breathable material for comfort and has an elastic strap for core stability, a non-slip inner lining.
To wear, place the belt just below your belly button, fasten straps in back. Use the additional elastic waistband for extra compression. Secure the fixed side, pull the belt over hips, adjust outer strap over inner strap and tighten for more compression.
