Build strength, balance and confidence with supervised group exercise at PhysioWorks.

PhysioWorks group exercise classes provide structured pathways for strength, balance, bone health, osteoarthritis management, posture, mobility and return to exercise.

Classes run at selected Brisbane clinics, including Ashgrove, Sandgate and Clayfield.

These are clinically guided classes rather than general fitness sessions. Most participants complete an individual assessment before joining so the clinician can review symptoms, health history, current ability and exercise goals.

What Happens Before You Join?

Most class pathways begin with an individual physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology assessment.

  1. Discuss Your Goals

Tell your clinician what you want to improve and which activities matter most.

  2. Check Your Starting Level

Your clinician may assess strength, mobility, balance, symptoms and exercise confidence.

  3. Choose the Right Pathway

You may begin in a group class or complete individual treatment first.

Individual care may be more appropriate when you have new or severe pain, recent surgery, a recent fracture, significant dizziness, worsening weakness or symptoms that have not yet been assessed.
