Who is Nadine Stewart?

Nadine Stewart is a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Queensland in 2011. She joined the PhysioWorks team in 2018 after working in various locations across Queensland, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, and Victoria. Nadine has a wide range of experience across physiotherapy disciplines, giving her a holistic approach to treatment.

Nadine has a particular interest in women’s health physiotherapy, and she likes to support clients who are navigating pregnancy, postpartum rehabilitation, and/or experiencing blocked ducts and mastitis. She also has an interest in treating incontinence and various conditions that can lead to pelvic pain, such as endometriosis. Nadine is skilled in dance physiotherapy, especially in the field of ballet, and has additional interests in Pilates, dry needling, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She has a passion for empowering her clients to achieve their goals and make full recovery.

Nadine has previously worked in private practice, the public and private hospital systems, as well as in the field of occupational rehabilitation. Through this experience, she has gained valuable skills in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation for people of all ages and levels of ability, residential aged care, indigenous health, Pilates instruction, as well as workstation assessments, pre-employment physical assessments, and assisting injured workers’ return to pre-injury hours and duties via return-to-work programs.

When Nadine is not at work, you can find her hiking, cycling, trying out new recipes, and spending time with her young family.
