Grace is a qualified physiotherapist who graduated from Australian Catholic University. Throughout her studies, she gained experience working with a variety of sporting teams at both the club and representative level as a qualified APA Level 1 Sports Trainer. This experience led her to develop a keen interest in sports and exercise physiotherapy.
Growing up, Grace participated in many sports, including touch football, gymnastics, and swimming. She is currently playing netball and volleyball socially. Having sustained several injuries during her time as an athlete, Grace has firsthand knowledge of the importance of holistic management and rehabilitation in a successful return to play.
Grace enjoys treating a wide range of conditions, with a particular interest in sports rehabilitation, respiratory physiotherapy, balance, and falls prevention. When she is not in the clinic, Grace enjoys hiking, playing board games and watching live sports. As a physiotherapist, she is dedicated to providing the best possible care for her patients.
