Your 30 days start on your birthday
Your birthday bonus remains valid for 30 days from your birthday. For example, if your birthday is 10 January, you can redeem it until 9 February.

Redeem it during the offer period
Your eligible appointment must occur, or your product purchase must be made, within the 30-day birthday period.
