Mitch Jack joined the PhysioWorks team in 2019 after graduating Griffith University Gold Coast with a Masters of Physiotherapy. Before pursuing his goal of becoming a physiotherapist, Mitch was a talented swimmer having competed at the 2016 Olympic Trials held in Adelaide.
Mitch has previously worked as a private practice physiotherapist and alongside sporting teams including Redlands United FC and Ormeau Bulldogs AFC.
Mitch’s interests primarily surround the management of musculoskeletal injuries and their impact on his clients’ goals and activities. His treatment approach has a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice, manual therapy, and exercise therapy. Furthermore, Mitch works to uncover the underlying causes of the client’s presentation leading up to the injury to help better treat the current problem and also help prevent a recurrence.
Outside of work, you’ll find Mitch participating in a number of activities including swimming, yoga, running, and pilates.
