Hannah competed in athletics when she was younger and she would put a lot of pressure on herself to do well. She began to cut down her eating with the belief that lighter equals faster. In turn, Hannah developed an eating disorder and her performance suffered. As a result, she couldn’t compete or train.

It is now Hannah’s passion to assist others in fuelling their bodies to optimise their performance without compromising long term health or a healthy mindset.

Although Hannah has worked with athletes of all levels (including elite runners, decathletes, heptathletes, SUP & soccer players) her ideal client is anyone who is motivated to take a step forward in their health and performance.

When she’s not at work she is likely sipping on a coffee with her husband or lifting weights in the gym.
