touch football injuries

Touch football is a growing sport for girls, boys, men and women. School, social and elite level touch competitions are undertaken daily.

However, due to the high speed, change of direction, running, sprinting and diving components, touch does have it's share of injuries. Please click on the specific injuries in the list below for conditions that we commonly see in touch football players.
